Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify your payment.

 

Order processing 

Due to the custom nature of our products, our processing time are only an approximate timeframe of when your products will be shipped. Under certain conditions, the processing time indicated on each product might vary between 5-7 days. 

 

 

Shipping 

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, you will receive a dispatch email. 

 

UK Standard delivery is between 2-3 working days to receive your order once dispatched. Uk next day delivery is also available for an additional charge.  

 

For orders within Europe, delivery time is between 7-10 days once dispatched.

 

Orders made internationally carries a delivery time of 10-15 working days once  dispatched.

 

Please note that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same. 

Capitaolondon is NOT responsible for third parties delays.

Shipping address

If the shipping and billing address are not matching, customer must provide additional information to confirm identity. 

 

To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot. It is the customers duty to ensure their shipping address is correct. 

 

 

We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re- send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.

 

Please note - if your parcel is signed for by someone other than yourself at your address, Capitaolondon will not be held liable as our duty is to deliver to your address. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

 

 

International shipping 

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the users responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. 

Return &

Exchange Policy

Order cancellation policy

 

Any individual purchased item in our online store, can be fully canceled and refunded up to 24 hours after the date of purchase on our website. After 24 hours, no return or cancellation will be granted.

 

 

Returns

 

Due to the nature of the items, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted however we will only accept returns on items (excluding frontals, closures and full lace wigs) we feel do not adhere to our product quality standards. As this is discretionary, all products in question must be thoroughly checked once returned. The item has to be returned within 72 hours receipt of order. 

 

You will be eligible for a return if your order meets the following criteria after inspection: 

⁃All original hang tags and plastic seals must be intact (uncut) and remain on each bundle, 

⁃All hair must be returned in its original state and packaging. 

⁃All hair has not been dyed, bleached or tampered with.

 

The return of any product will not be accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. 

 

Capitaolondon will not be responsible for mail fees and proof of purchase must be provided along with hair. Please make all returns or exchanges through secured tracking as we will not be liable for lost parcels.

Exchange 

 

If for any reason you require an exchange this will be available upon inspection if your request is placed within 72 hours of your purchase. 

 

Please contact mailto:info@capitaolondon.com for returns or exchange with clear photos of the product along with proof of purchase, order number, reason for return/exchange and/or new required bundle lengths. 

 

Once we have received your hair if your request is accepted and approved please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.

 

Capitaolondon will not be responsible for mail fees and proof of purchase must be provided along with hair. Please make all returns or exchanges through secured tracking as we will not be liable for lost parcels.

 

Please note: Due to the nature all items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Custom orders, colour wigs (custom length, density, style, size, colour or any change requested) are non refundable. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
